Preventative Maintenance

Guaranty Management has a highly qualified maintenance staff which is able to design and implement preventative maintenance programs for all mechanical systems and structural components within the properties we manage.


We have extensive professional relationships with a number of qualified companies with which we bid our annual landscaping needs. We will be happy to maintain existing relationships at client’s request.

Snow plowing / Removal

We normally bid these services to a number of vendors each year to ensure prompt snow removal to all clients at a competitive price.

On-call Service

We are prepared to respond to all problem calls immediately whether they be within business hours, in the middle of the night or on a holiday. All of our services staff is equipped with mobile devices and one staff person is “on call” each day in addition to normal management services to address problems occurring after business hours. We have long standing relationships with experienced and qualified contractors that might be needed for any repairs or assessment required by our property owners and tenants.
